Posture should be steady and comfortable

Parvathy Baajee - Trinity Yoga

Parvathy Baajee is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher trained at Kaivalyadhama, with further study in Ashtanga yoga under the guidance of Saraswathi Jois. Her foundation lies in classical yogic wisdom, therapeutic understanding, and lived experience.

For her, yoga is not something to be performed or perfected — it is a way of meeting life with awareness, compassion, and presence.

Her aim is to share the practices and teachings, she has studied and lived — a path that has helped her cultivate a deep relationship with the wisdom of the mind–body connection.

Yoga has stood the test of time, and perhaps humanity is still learning how to listen to what it quietly reveals — an inner intelligence that guides us toward wholeness. Through practice, we begin to explore the mind, observe its patterns, and recognise that life itself becomes our yoga.

Yoga invites us into curiosity about who we are beneath conditioning. It nurtures inner peace, compassion, gratitude, and a sense of abundance. It shifts our relationship with experience — allowing us to find meaning, joy, and steadiness even in life’s transitions.

She calls this state, Just Being — resting in one’s true, authentic presence.

Her intention is to create a space for those who wish to explore deeply, to soften themselves, to open the heart, and to heal from within. When we reconnect with our inner ground, we begin to embody a quiet strength that has always been there.

We occupy a small space in a vast universe, and within this limited time, her hope is to support others in awakening to their true nature.

The Journey Behind the Practice

The journey behind the practice

My journey with yoga has been one of exploration — of the body, the breath, the mind, and the subtle layers that shape our lived experience.

Yoga has stood the test of time, and as humanity continues to evolve, we find ourselves rediscovering its depth through inquiry, self-study, and inner listening. Through practice, I came to understand that yoga is not confined to the mat — it is Life itself that becomes the practice.

Yoga builds curiosity of the self, awareness of the mind and its patterns, and gently invites us to return to our true nature. Over time, this path opened the door to clarity, compassion, gratitude, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

This understanding is what I call Just Being — reclaiming your true, authentic power.

My Approach

My Approach

My work is holistic and integrative — working with the body, breath, nervous system, mind, and subtle energy.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all practice, each session is guided by what is present in the individual. The intention is to support healing, awareness, and reconnection — gently and sustainably.

Yoga, as I see it, is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering who you are.

Mission

Vision

My vision for yoga is rooted in depth rather than scale. If this practice can support even one person in seeing life differently—meeting themselves and their experiences with more awareness, compassion, and acceptance—then it has fulfilled its purpose.

Mission

My mission is to reach and support those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or their life purpose—guiding them gently out of confusion and toward clarity, alignment, and inner strength.
